Games We Play
Over the years we've played lots of different RPG's, LARP's, wargames, video, card and board games. Right now we're most interested in roleplaying and storytelling, and not reallly that dedicated to a specific set of rules or game mechanics. For us it's all about cool, intriguing worlds; interesting, well-played characters; and weaving a dramatic, fun story together.

Coming Up
Our resident gamemasters have several campaign concepts in the works right now. Some of these games are already in play, others start in June 2005, a few are waiting for enough players to sign on.

  • Dragon Lords - A world-spanning empire of dragon-riding elf lords... now all that remains are scattered villages and a land littered with mysterious deadly crystals. A band of country bumkins travel to the big city in search of their fortunes, what they find may change the fate of their race. (RPG, GURPS Our Way)
  • In Progress. Contact Us to express interest.

  • Thieves Guild - Yep, just what it sounds like. A bunch of thieves taking jobs. (RPG, GURPS Our Way)
  • Soon To Wrap.

  • Storm Season - Heroic high fantasy adventure. (RPG, GURPS)
  • Coming Soon. Contact Us to express interest.

  • Crucible of Blood - Chronicling the lives, loves, plots and hungers of the vampires of Silicon Valley. (LARP, Pandemonium Rules)
  • Waiting For More Players. Contact Us to express interest.

  • Knight Errant - Chivalry and adventure in the age after Camelot. (RPG, Modified GURPS Rules)
  • In The Que. Contact Us to express interest.

  • In The Que. Contact Us to express interest.

In The Past
In days gone by we've run some really spectacularly cool games. Here's a taste of what you missed.

  • Game of the Gods - A group of six characters, each of a different alignment, each with completely bizarre character concepts. A caveman, a Victorian archeologist, a stage magician, a Centauri, an Alien and a Sith. Plucked from their homes and sent on a whirlwind tour of six different worlds, each run by a different GM. Terror, hyjinks and much groaning and laughter ensues as the motley bunch set out to destroy each world they encounter. And the objective of the quest? Bah! Who cares. (RPG, GURPS Rules)

  • Sun of Heaven - Japan, era of the Warring States. A second son to a minor Daimyo rises through blood, betrayals, love triangles and war to contest for the seat of Shogun. Beautiful and deceitful geisha, loyal and lovestruck ninja, hedonistic priests, two-faced monks, mysterious ronin, all flock to his banner, while the dead litter his path to glory. (RPG, No Rules)

  • Eaters of the Dead - The vampires of Silicon Valley have survived centuries in the shadows of the human world. But can they survive a greater danger than the Inquisition? Those that Eat the Dead have come to call, and they're hungry for blood of a rarer kind. (LARP, Pandemonium Rules)

  • Blood on the Moon - The moon is dyed red and howls of rage dance on the wind. The battle lines are drawn. The king of the leeches has stolen a cherished werewolf child, the werekind prepare for war. (LARP, Pandemonium Rules)

  • Rain Dance - Story of the Rainchildren tribe of werewolves. Set in 1970's Santa Cruz. (RPG, Pandemonium Rules)

  • Pirates of the Blood - Yo ho, yo ho. Who said vampires can't cross running water? Avast there me hearties! Cast out of the Olde World, two vampire renegades seek booty and blood off the shores of Colonial America. (RPG, Pandemonium Rules)

  • Slave Pits - We haven't played D&D since high school, we're feeling nostaligic, let's do it! Six months later and only a one level into the module.... uh, yeah, now we remember why we haven't played D&D since high school. (RPG, AD&D Rules)

  • Chalice of the Sith - Set 100 years after the events in Return of the Jedi. An ancient relic has resurfaced and found its way into the hands of a group of younglings. Will it fall into the hands of those who would wish to revive the Sith? Will the New Jedi Order find it and keep it safely hidden once more? Or will the younglings evade pursuit and use it to gain mastery of the Force for themselves? (RPG, Modified GURPS Rules)

  • Terra Obscura - Jules Verne inspired mix of Victorian culture, steampunk technology and fantasy magic and creatures. (RPG, Modified Victoriana Rules)

  • Wurlinstine - It looks like a quaint Swedish village, until you see the rock troll lumber by. It's Wurlinstine. Inspired by Terry Pratchett, Disney's Fantasyland, J.R.R. Tolkien, distilled and infused with the unique talent of our very own insane genius, Puck Tanglewood. A rich and beautiful high fantasy world plays host to a storyline spanning centuries. The birth and death of Gods, the fate of whole nations, a talking cat on a barrel in the middle of the sea. This chronicle had it all. (RPG, Tangleyarn Rules)
