Newly revealed child of Tyrant Marcello. Helen, lately a courtier in the New York Domain, is a merry soul. Invitations to her parties and salons are fiercely sought after. Her origins are a bit of a mystery. She is the acknowledged child of Marcello, but her connection to the Lord has only recently become common knowledge. She is not newly turned, but is more aged that the average Bloodkin. No matter the when and where of her turning, she is undoubtedly now a power to be reckoned with in the Silicon Valley Domain. She has the Tyrant's ear, welcomes his guests as their hostess and sits at his right hand.
