For many years we ran small gaming sessions weekly and then one big, all-weekend game once a year. Damn, that was fun. But then we got jobs and homes, spouses (some of whom aren't gamers, gasp!) and kids. For a while we played sit-down RPG games every Tuesday night and LARP games once every month or so, and in summertime we ran LARP games at the local gaming conventions. Now we stick strictly to our weekly sit-down RPGs.
Ghost in the Shell

Both our ongoing games are getting ready to wrap up. So we're considering replacing them with a Ray Harryhausen style Ancient Greece game or a Cthulhu / Zombie Movie crossover or a Monty Python Holy Grail game or a Lord of the Rings Shadow Quest game. We're still deciding.
