You are a vampire. Your name means "bringing honor to ones ancestors". Your sire is a powerful corporate monarch and you are kept constantly busy seeing to his concerns across the globe. Your master lives in Hong Kong and you are stationed here, his only agent in San Jose. You would much prefer being assigned to the more prestigious position in San Francisco where you would have several minions under you. But first you must prove yourself able to deal with the local vampire politics effectively. You have just returned to San Jose after a business trip and found that another vampire has infringed on your hunting territory. You confronted this "poacher" Deora and warned her to stay away but she blew you off. Now you have come to the Tyrant's Court to petition for resolution of the dispute.
Your business trip was to visit your sire in Hong Kong and perform the periodic "renewal ceremony" which rejuvenates your blood bond with him AND to shepherd the shipping of a large supply of soviet small arms to a local eco-terrorist group. You also specialize in the importation of slave labor and exotic blood supplies.
