The Rainchildren Call a Moot of All Tribes

There has been a strong surge in the taint of the Wyrm in this area since the end of the local vampire war. This is especially strange because of the recent reduction in the vampire population. Something unusual is definately afoot, though few have theories about what it may be. Many young garou see this as a sign to call for a strike against the vampires. Others see this as an opportunity to force the vampires to compromise and lessen their control of the area. Still others advocate further investigation before action is taken. Even within tribes there is conflict about what should be done.
