All Children of the Blood are bound by the Three Laws.

The Masquerade

"No Child of the Blood shall reveal their nature to the eyes of Mortal Man. No Child of the Blood shall suffer a Mortal to live who has seen behind the Masque or raised their Hand against the Lords of the Blood."

The Tyrant

"All Lords of the Blood shall bow and swear allegiance to the rule of their Tyrant. The Tyrant rules the Domain and within it his word is law. All those of the Blood who enter the Tyrantıs Domain shall present themselves for his judgement."

The House

"All Children of the Blood shall bow and swear fealty to the rule of their Lord. Only a Lord may grant permission to pass on the gift of the Blood. All those whose Blood flows from the Lord are his to rule over and judge; and the Lord himself is accountable to the Tyrant as if their crimes were his own."

Backstory of The Three Laws

In the early Renaissance the Elder Bloodkin of Western Europe came out of hiding, gathered together and created a pact. The pact was a uniting of all Bloodkin into a secret society. The Society of the Blood's purpose was to order and protect the future of the Bloodkin race from ravages such as the Inquisition. The Elders created the Three Laws, which are the foundation of Bloodkin society and the only universally adhered to morality of the vampire race. All other "laws" are merely the preferences of local Tyrants. The enforcers of the Three Laws are the Paladins of the Blood. The Paladins are concerned only with the Three Laws and not the local rules of specific Tyrants. The Three Laws are the only Bloodkin laws that are absolute and incontrovertible, but each individual Paladin may have a slightly different interpretation of the application of the Laws.
