Dark Neo Fantasy
Imagine a world like our own only a little more gothic and a little more punk. It's more of a shift in attitude towards the dark side rather than a difference in physical appearance. We created this divergence from the Real World because our interests lie in creating storylines which explore the depths of the human soul. In our storylines we pursue the extremes of love, obsession, desire, guilt, and rage. A world view slightly skewed towards romanticism and counter culture mentalities makes this easier.
We've also populated our fantasy world with all those creepy monsters from myth, legend, and bad B movies. Vampires, ghouls, immortals, werewolfs, fairies, ghosts, demons and such lurk in the shadows of our shopping malls and karoke bars. And don't forget a good conspiracy or secret holy war or two (or three, or four, or -- you get the picture). In the Pandemonium Universe ambitious bloodsuckers chair the boards of corporate cartels, immortals stalk eachother in pursuit of the prize, and the Grand Inquisition has agents in every one horse town.
Every fantasy world needs some good Characters.
