Moon Signs

Werewolf Moon sign astrology is an ancient and very traditional system brought to California by European werewolves who married into the American tribes. Below is a version of the system further relating this traditional astrology to the Jungian Myers/Briggs personality types.

Werewolf societies using this system firmly believe that the PHASE of the moon during a birth is the main determinant of the general personality type of the child (with birth time and birth order undertones). It is also held that this is an accurate indicator of a person's proper role within the tribe, and is used by the elders to help guide the child "in the right direction." It's not a completely ironclad pigeonhole, as the types are still somewhat general enough that a specific personality may still fulfill some variety of jobs for the tribe.
