Greetings! We are Spinning Wheel Coven.

Spinning Wheel Coven is comprised of a small, eclectic group of Witches living in Silicon Valley (San Jose, California, USA). Our leaders have been magical partners since 1996. Spinning Wheel Coven transformed from the former Coven Sowing Circle in 2005. We chose to unite under the name "Spinning Wheel" because it evokes our combined beliefs (in the turning circle that is life, one must spin your own threads of life to bring about a positive future) and illustrates our unity of purpose (in equality and unity we will journey forward in light and love).

Spinning Wheel currently consists of the founding members Morgen Argante Dragonheart, Puck Tanglewood and Rhea Redwing. Having followed the path toward becoming witches since youth, we have actively worked in the Craft since 1990,1996 & 2000, respectively. In our backgrounds as "solitary" Witches we have worked with and learned from a variety of practitioners from different traditions, and continue to do so in order to grow as individuals and as a coven. After nearly 10 years of learning and building as a group we are actively crafting a new Tradition, called Weaver Witchcraft, which we are now handing down in our Study Grove.

This Coven's greatest priorities are: Love, Community, Friendship, Trust, Personal Responsibility, and of course, Spirituality.



		WEAVER TRADITION The Weaver Tradition began as an eclectic blending of practices and beliefs from various cultures and spiritual traditions. It is now primarity a blending of Wiccan elementalism, shamanic trancework, eastern energy techniques, reverence for the old indo-european deities and observance of the modern Witches' Wheel of the Year.
